Yes, non-members can make reservations. However, by registering as a member, you can receive various benefits such as discounts and rewards points.

For members, you can check in My Page > Reservation History. For non-members, please check the reservation confirmation email sent to the email address you provided.

7 days before check-in: 100% refund / 3-6 days before: 70% refund / 1-2 days before: 50% refund / Same day: No refund. You can cancel directly from My Page or contact customer service.

Check-in is at 3 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. If you need early check-in or late check-out, please contact us in advance and we will try to accommodate.

The number of pets allowed varies by room. Please check the maximum number of pets in the room information. For large dogs, please inquire in advance and we will guide you to a suitable room.

All pets must have completed basic vaccinations (DHPP, rabies). Please prepare your vaccination certificate as it may be checked at check-in.

The Hinoki bath is installed in the room and can be used freely without separate reservation. Fill the cypress bathtub with warm water and enjoy bathing with your pet.

A dry room is a dedicated space where you can quickly dry your pet's fur after bathing. It is equipped with high-quality dryers for your convenience.

BBQ is available on the terrace of each room. BBQ grills are provided free of charge. You can bring your own charcoal and ingredients or purchase them on-site.

Outdoor pools operate from late May to September 10th. Operating periods may change depending on weather, so please check before visiting. Pet-only pools vary by location, so please check room information.

Yes, free parking is available at all locations. One vehicle per room is standard; please inquire in advance if you have additional vehicles.

An additional fee of 20,000 KRW per person (24 months and older) applies when exceeding the standard occupancy. Infants under 24 months stay free.

Additional pet fees apply when exceeding the standard count: 10,000 KRW for small dogs under 10kg, 20,000 KRW for medium/large dogs over 10kg.

Yes, large dogs are welcome! However, for dogs over 15kg, please contact us in advance and we will guide you to a suitable room. Some rooms may have restrictions for large dogs.

All six GLAMDOG branches welcome large dogs. For dogs over 15kg we recommend contacting us first, as some room layouts have limits. Gapyeong, Gyeongju and Yangyang have the largest off-leash areas. Every branch uses non-slip flooring and low-height furniture to reduce joint strain.

Pools are available at Gapyeong (outdoor), Gyeongju (outdoor), Tongyeong (large heated) and Yangyang (dog pool). The season runs from late May to September 10, and dogs may use the pools too.

Gapyeong and Cheongpyeong are closest to Seoul, roughly 1 to 1.5 hours by car via Cheongpyeong IC on the Gyeongchun Expressway. From the Incheon side, Yeonghungdo is the nearest.

Bring food and bowls, waste bags and pads, a leash and harness, and a familiar blanket. Every GLAMDOG branch provides dog shampoo, bowls, deodorizer and pads free of charge, plus a dry room for after bath time. Vaccination certificates are not required, but we recommend visiting with fully vaccinated dogs.

Yes, every room at every branch accommodates up to two dogs. Beyond the standard count, extra fees apply: 10,000 KRW for dogs under 10kg and 20,000 KRW for 10kg and above. For three or more dogs, please contact us in advance.
