Tap the booking button on any branch page to open the ONDA booking page, then pick your dates and room and pay. Because inventory is live, double bookings can rarely happen — please confirm with the branch after booking.

Please call the branch you booked. Phone lines are open 10:00 ~ 21:00 (KST); between 10:30 and 15:30 staff may be busy with cleaning and check-ins.

Based on days before check-in — 6+ days before: 100% / 5 days before: 90% / 4 days before: 80% / 3 days before: 70% / 2 days before: 50% / 1 day before: 30% / same day: no refund. If the branch cancels because of a double booking, you get a full refund even on the day.

Check-in is at 15:00 and check-out at 11:00. Rooms are cleaned from 11:00 to 15:00, so early arrivals cannot check in, and arrivals after 21:00 must be arranged with the branch. Gapyeong, Cheongpyeong, Gyeongju and Tongyeong sell separate late check-out rooms (leave by 13:00).

Every branch accepts dogs of 15kg or less. Dogs that mark must wear a manner band, aggressive dogs may be refused, and dogs may not be left alone in rooms or common areas.

We recommend visiting with fully vaccinated dogs. Branches may ask for more details, so please contact the branch before booking if you are unsure.

Every room at Yeonghungdo and Tongyeong has a hinoki dog bath you can use without booking. Outside bath products are not allowed.

A dryer room dries your dog's coat quickly after a bath. The manufacturer recommends it for dogs under 10kg.

Charcoal and grill cost ₩20,000 (₩5,000 per extra charcoal); Yeonghungdo and Tongyeong use gas grills on the room terrace (₩20,000). Personal burners are not allowed and can lead to eviction. Each branch has its own BBQ spots — see the branch page.

Pools open only in summer: the large indoor pool at Tongyeong from June 1 to mid-September (3–9 pm), the outdoor pool at Gyeongju from mid-June, the dog pool at Yangyang until early September, and the outdoor pool at Gapyeong until late September. Dates can change with the weather.

Yes, free parking is available at all locations. One vehicle per room is standard; please inquire in advance if you have additional vehicles.

₩20,000 per extra guest aged 24 months+ (paid on site). Each room has a strict maximum (infants included), and non-staying visitors are not allowed in.

Per night: First dog free if 10kg or less (₩10,000 if heavier) · each additional dog ₩10,000 (₩20,000 over 10kg). For example, one 8kg dog is free, and an 8kg dog plus a 12kg dog costs ₩20,000.

No. Every branch accepts dogs of 15kg or less, so large breeds cannot stay. At Yeonghungdo and Gyeongju, upper-floor rooms are limited to 10kg, so dogs of 10–15kg should book a ground-floor room.

Gapyeong, Cheongpyeong, Tongyeong and Yangyang accept dogs up to 15kg in every room. At Yeonghungdo and Gyeongju only ground-floor rooms take dogs over 10kg. For space to run, Gapyeong has a lawn dog run and Yeonghungdo has runs on the ground floor and rooftop.

Gapyeong (outdoor), Gyeongju (outdoor), Tongyeong (large indoor, 25m × 6m) and Yangyang (dog pool) have pools, and dogs can swim with you. Pools open only in summer; the 2026 season ended in September.

Gapyeong and Cheongpyeong are closest to Seoul, roughly 1 to 1.5 hours by car via Cheongpyeong IC on the Gyeongchun Expressway. From the Incheon side, Yeonghungdo is the nearest.

Bring food and treats, waste bags, a leash and harness, a familiar blanket, and a manner band if your dog marks. Every GLAMDOG branch provides bowls, shampoo, pee pads and GLAMDOG dog towels, so you can leave those at home.

Cheongpyeong, Yeonghungdo, Gyeongju take up to three dogs per room; the other branches take two. All dogs must be 15kg or less, and upper floors at Yeonghungdo and Gyeongju are limited to 10kg.
